Ty Newydd sleeps a total of 5 guests in one single and two double bedrooms. Guests can enjoy sea views from two of the bedrooms which also overlook the pretty garden.
The modern bathroom has a wash hand basin, wc, and a bath with an overhead electric shower.
External
There is a lawn and patio area to the rear of the property for the exclusive use of Ty Newydd guests. A table and chairs and barbeque are provided for use.
Space for one car is available in the enclosed car parking area.
Outside secure storage space built in to the side of the property is useful for keeping beach equipment and surf boards.
Living space
The open plan kitchen/diner and lounge has beamed ceilings and a log burner set in a feature fireplace. A large bay window overlooks the garden and makes the most of the sea views. French doors lead down to the patio.
The well equipped kitchen/diner incorporates an electric cooker, microwave and fridge with seating for six around the dining table.
A washing machine with a drier function and a freezer are also available and located in a separate utility room.
